IQEIS

IQEIS (International Quality Excellence in Infrastructure Systems, LLP), contributes to quality, health and safety in different sectors globally which should enable stronger infrastructure. We are a team of experts in both technical and policy issues related to multi-sectoral conformity assessment. We collaborate with the public and private sectors to identify and implement solutions that overcome challenges to reaching their strategic goals. We assist the global community to harmonize standards and develop good conformity assessment practices. We provide advisory services to national and international clients to improve their quality infrastructure as well as provide training and education on the standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) including the 17000 series (conformity assessment accreditation) series, 19011 (management systems auditing), 9001 (quality management systems), 31000 (risk management) and other globally recognized standards, guides and practices. Our work also aims to facilitate trade, improve quality and contribute to a safer and more sustainable environment.

To provide training and education to improve knowledge on conformity assessment standards and their implementation in different sectors including construction, food, environment and safety.  Expertise is available on the ISO/IEC 17000 series of standards developed by the ISO Conformity Assessment Standards Committee (CASCO) and standards of ASTM Committee E36 on Accreditation and Certification.   On-site training for laboratories and product certification bodies is our specialty.

To assist accreditation bodies in order to strengthen their core competences and, when relevant, gain international recognition. This includes areas such as, assessor training and performance monitoring, internal auditing and management review processes and peer evaluation to support global evaluation.

To assist conformity assessment bodies to gain accreditation. This includes in-house training on document review and gap analysis, getting ready for the assessment, and conducting internal audits.

To collaborate with the international development community in developing and strengthening multi-sector national quality infrastructure including metrology, accreditation, conformity assessment and standards. 

To advance policy and technical aspects of new developments in standardization, conformity assessment and accreditation.  Leaders in development of coherent terminology in the conformity assessment field

A Civil Engineer with experience in corporate strategy, global business and natural hazards risk management, including the areas of building codes/standards and conformity assessment, risk mitigation measures, environmental and natural resources management and business development.

Global experience in support of business and program development projects. Progressive management experience at an executive level and demonstrated success in working as part of a team. Leading a consulting business with emphasis in international development and trade.
